Livingston Mountain
This Clark County, Washington site is perfectly situated to serve the heavy industrial areas of Vancouver, WA and Gresham, OR, as well as the gateway to the Columbia Gorge and I-84, which carries significant freight (barge, rail and truck) between the Port of Portland and the interior states. This is an established site serving wireless operators, communications companies, WISPS and back-haul carriers. Capacity remains for several large users. Livingston is fully equipped with microwave facilities. Other site amenities exceed industry standards.

Cinder Butte
This is the site of a future, state-of-the-art, full-service communications facility. Leases are now available. The site is located on the eastern flank of the Cascade range, on Cinder Butte, to the south of Suttle Lake in central Oregon. Much of this area is publicly owned and managed by the National Forest Service, but this site is on private land, making it a turnkey solution for those trying to complete coverage along US Highway 20 and in the Deschutes National Forest area. Access is in place and engineering has taken special care to account for the extreme winds and other physical exposure unique to this site.
