Cinder Butte
This is the site of a future, state-of-the-art, full-service communications facility. Leases are now available. The site is located on the eastern flank of the Cascade range, on Cinder Butte, to the south of Suttle Lake in central Oregon. Much of this area is publicly owned and managed by the National Forest Service, but this site is on private land, making it a turnkey solution for those trying to complete coverage along US Highway 20 and in the Deschutes National Forest area. Access is in place and engineering has taken special care to account for the extreme winds and other physical exposure unique to this site.
